At Big Bro Bao, progression is based on capability, consistency and attitude. Your starting rate will always meet the legal requirement for your age group, but your progression is based on the stations you learn and the responsibilities you can handle.
As Big Bro Bao grows, the progression pathway does not stop at store level. High-performing managers may have opportunities to move into training, franchise launch support, area operations and wider brand leadership roles.

Protects Big Bro Bao standards across food, service, systems and team development.
Helps open new franchise locations and trains new store teams during launch.
Supports store performance, franchise compliance, labour control, reporting and operational standards.
Your starting rate will always meet the legal requirement for your age group. From there, pay progression is based on your station sign-offs, reliability, capability and leadership responsibility.

You do not need hospitality experience to start as a Crew Member. We can train skills. What we cannot train is reliability, pace, pride and a willingness to graft.
Important: Pay starts from the legal age-based minimum wage. Progression is based on skill, capability and responsibility — and is not guaranteed automatically. Movement through the pathway depends on performance, reliability and business need. Exact rates are discussed during recruitment.

Learn prep, hygiene, cleaning, stock rotation, washing and how to keep the kitchen moving.
Learn safe fryer use, cook times, batch control, holding quality and speed during service.
Learn how to build bao, bowls and sides to Big Bro Bao brand standard.
Learn customer service, order taking, packing, app rewards and customer handover.
